What I appreciate about LSA, how it is different from other schools, can all be summed up in one sentence. At Lake Superior Academy, there is timely communication. They listen, respond, and continue to communicate until there is understanding on both sides. We feel that they are doing their best to meet both our needs and the needs of our children. They can't fix everything but they try every time, and that's why we continue to send our kids here.

I've got to highly recommend Lake Superior Academy for young learners. Both og my kids have struggled since they enrolled in public schools, and it has been such a rollercoaster for our family. We have received so much support at this school over the last few years, and as a solo parent, I don't know what I would have done without the compassion of this staff.

Montessori is a wonderful environment for kids with special needs. As a parent of a child with special needs, I could not imagine my son in a traditional classroom. On weekends he gets so excited to see his friends and teachers, and the people at LSA make it very easy for him to thrive.
