Lake Superior Academy from a Parent’s Perspective – #1

I enrolled my child at Lake Superior Academy because Montessori is a wonderful environment for kids with special needs. As a parent of a child with Down syndrome, I could not imagine him in a traditional classroom. Being required to sit at a desk or table for long periods would not work for him. This type of learning engages all the senses and creates a lifelong love for learning.
